I am a writer - I can't not write
My writing career began as a fluke when I snail-mailed an opinion piece to The Orange County Register in the late 90s - and they published it! After that, I was frequently published in not only the OCR but in a variety of publications for many years.
Writing is therapeutic for me. I have written on just about every topic there is. From parenting to baseball to homeschooling to music, I have sure covered a lot of territory.
In 2014, I decided to begin writing as a full-time career. As a contract writer, I use my skills to help enhance someone else's business. Clients enlist my services to refresh their websites, giving their site new life. For years now, multiple clients in a variety of fields assign me projects to write regular blogs and website content for their websites on a monthly basis.
Since 2015, I have specialized in creating content for the fields of mental health and addiction recovery, although I still write in a variety of other fields as well.
In recent years, I have authored three books under the pen name Theresa Anthony, and maintain a website and Facebook page under my pen name.
